This month, we’re thrilled to highlight Ruth Cooil as our April Mentor of the Month — a fantastic role model whose journey from a rocky start at university to running her own physiotherapy business shows the power of perseverance and passion.
We also celebrated Earth Day 2025 by recognising the crucial role STEM plays in creating a more sustainable future, from clean energy innovation to climate science and conservation.
Across everything we do, from school visits to major events, we’re proud to keep empowering young people, especially girls to explore the world of STEM.
Thank you for being part of our growing community, and we can’t wait to share even more exciting updates with you soon! 💜💜💜

💫 Throwback This April – Meet Our Mentor of the Month: Ruth Cooil!
As we step into spring, we’re excited to throw it back and celebrate an incredible role model for our April Mentor of the Month the amazing Ruth Cooil, Physiotherapist at Ruth Cooil Physiotherapy Ltd. 🌟
Ruth’s journey into her career wasn’t always smooth — she describes it as “rocky initially,” facing a few A-level challenges and bouts of homesickness at university. But perseverance paid off! Ruth’s career soon rocketed: she worked in the UK before returning to the Isle of Man to dedicate 25 years to Nobles Hospital, all while supporting elite athletes through British Gymnastics, the Island Games, and the Commonwealth Games!
In 2023, Ruth took a bold new step by leaving Nobles to run her own physiotherapy business full time — and she hasn’t looked back since! 👏
