My career specialism:
I’m a Committee Member and Trustee at Love Tech and a senior commercial leader in global financial services. I work across strategy, innovation and digital transformation. I’m passionate about inspiring young people, especially girls, to believe they belong in STEM. Becoming a mum has strengthened my commitment to helping build a future where every child feels confident, capable, and free to pursue whatever they aspire to achieve.
My current role:
I’m the Group Commercial & Marketing Director at Suntera Global, where I lead global commercial strategy, brand, and growth across international financial services. My role spans multiple jurisdictions and teams, focusing on innovation, digital transformation and building sustainable, people‑centred businesses in an increasingly connected world. Working in a fast‑moving, complex environment has reinforced for me just how valuable skills in STEM, problem‑solving, creativity and critical thinking are not just for specific careers, but for navigating life more broadly.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and my Golden Retriever, Max. I’m happiest when I’m swimming, running, travelling, or getting lost in a good book. I strongly believe that life is full of endless learning opportunities, and that staying curious, both personally and professionally, is key to growth and fulfilment.
My career path…
After leaving school, I went on to study Marketing and Law, all while working full‑time in demanding roles. I had big ambitions and a strong desire to create opportunities, even when the route forward wasn’t always clear.
Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to learn from inspiring mentors and role models who encouraged me to believe in myself and stretch beyond my comfort zone. Those influences played a huge role in shaping my confidence and leadership style, and they’re a big part of why I’m so passionate about being involved with Love Tech.
More recently, becoming a mum to my daughter has added an even deeper sense of purpose to what I do. I want her to grow up knowing she has a place in the world, that her voice matters, and that she can pursue anything she sets her mind to: regardless of stereotypes or expectations. Supporting the next generation to feel that same confidence and self‑belief feels more important than ever.
